Pain in the neck! (and shoulders)

As humans we seem to have a predicament. Our heads are big and heavy. All of us have smartphones and many of sit at desks/ computers for multiple hours per day. If you are a desk worker, posture if of upmost importance for you.


Over time, the muscles in our back and neck become weak, long, inactive and strained. The muscles may become sore, feel tight, feel knotted, stuck and achey. You may develop trigger points and not long after you may start to have tension headaches as the nerves become involved. The good news is, this can be reversed and fixed!
